  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • pound ground sirloin 
  • ounce bread crumbs italian
  • 0.5 cup milk 1% low-fat
  • 0.5 cup onion fresh minced
  • ounces parmesan fresh divided grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Bring broth to a simmer in a Dutch oven (do not boil). Keep warm over low heat.
  2. Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes, and squeeze moisture from the bread.
