- 28 oz canned tomatoes undrained canned
- 0.5 cup knudsen cream sour
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 plantains cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
