  • 1.8 lb pork chops bone-in
  • oz take southwest three cheese recipe cheese breadcrumb mix mixed fresh
  • Tbsp cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 31 oz hominy undrained canned
  • large onion finely chopped
  •  jalapeão pepper finely chopped
  •  radishes thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine hominy, onions and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with chops; sprinkle with cheese mixture.
  4. Bake 35 min. or until chops are done (150F).
  5. Serve topped with radishes and cilantro.
