  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • teaspoon butter 
  • teaspoon rubbed sage dried
  • cups apples i use 2 granny smith apples peeled () ( 4 medium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 16 ounce pork loin chops boneless ( 1/)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • Dash salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients, and sprinkle over the pork.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  3. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove the pork from pan. Cover and keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
  6. Add apples and remaining ingredients, and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve the apples with pork.
