  •  jalapeno fresh seeded chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • large onion chopped
  • pound pork shoulder boneless trimmed cut into 1-inch cubes
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons cream sour divided
  • cups tomatillos fresh chopped
  • cup water

Directions
