  • cup beef consomme 
  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose for coating
  • teaspoon parsley fresh chopped
  • large onion sliced
  • ounce round steak 
  • teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • cup cooking wine
