- 29 oz pumpkin canned
- 12 oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crusts
- 3 eggs divided beaten
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1.5 cups half-and-half
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
