  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened eagle brand® canned
  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust ()

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
  5. Garnish as desired.
