  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened canned (eagle brand)
  • large eggs 
  • Teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 0.5 Teaspoon ginger 
  • 0.5 Teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 9-inch pie crust dough

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Whisk all of the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
  5. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
