  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • tsp calumet baking powder 
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin canned
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup flour 
  • tsp powdered sugar 
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 cup wheat bran high-fiber cereal

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat eggs in small bowl. Stir in cereal; let stand 5 min.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add cereal mixture and pumpkin; mix well. Stir in flour mixture and raisins until blended.
  5. Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
