  • 14.5 ounce chicken broth canned
  • clove garlic crushed
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • cup pumpkin seeds 
  • servings salt to taste
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • slice sandwich bread white
