  • 15 ounce pumpkin canned
  • large eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups sugar 
  • cup vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup walnuts toasted chopped

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Combine flour and next 6 ingredients. Stir flour mixture into pumpkin mixture until well blended.
  3. Spread batter in a lightly greased 15- x 10 1/2-inch jelly-roll pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  5. Spread Cream Cheese Frosting evenly over cake; sprinkle with walnuts.
