Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin canned
- 0.3 cup brown sugar dark packed
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese softened
- 0.3 cup oil
- 1 pkg spice cake mix (2-layer size)
- 0.8 cup planters walnuts chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cool whip lite whipped topping thawed

Directions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Beat Neufchatel and sugar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add COOL WHIP; mix well.
- Spread over cake.
