  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • cup brown sugar light
  • cup brown sugar light
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • pinch salt 
  • 0.8 cup toffee chips 
  • 9-inch pie crust dough ()
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Sprinkle toffee bits into pie shell; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and salt. Beat in the milk, cream and eggs until filling is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour filling over toffee bits in pie shell.
  5. Place on baking sheet in the middle of the oven.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 90 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown.
