  • 0.3 cup butter chilled cut into small pieces

  • 0.7 cup milk fat-free
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • ounces parmigiano-reggiano cheese finely grated
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
