  • 0.8 lb baguette french cut into 18 slices
  • 0.5 lb mild sausage links to package directions and coin italian cut into bite-size pieces
  • oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • small onion thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add sausage to skillet; cook 5 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in red pepper; cook 1 min.
  6. Add spinach. Cover; cook 2 min. Stir in cheese. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate; top with onions.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. Serve with bread.
