  •  eggs beaten
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  •  onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 cups swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Line pastry with a double layer of aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and bake for 4 to 5 minutes more, or until crust is set. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
