Ingredients

  • 12 ounce spiced apples frozen thawed
  • 12 ounce butterscotch topping warmed
  •  egg white lightly beaten
  • 15 ounce piecrusts refrigerated
  • servings sugar 

Equipment

  • oven

Directions

  1. Unfold piecrust according to package directions.
  2. Cut into fourths.
  3. Place apples evenly in center of each fourth. Pull corners over apples, pinching to seal.
  4. Place on a baking sheet; brush evenly with egg white, and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve warm with butterscotch topping.
  7. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Stouffer's Harvest Apples.
