  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 12 oz crab meat flaked drained canned
  •  eggs beaten
  •  optional: lemon cut into 6 wedges
  • oz stove top cornbread stuffing mix 
  • cup water boiling

Equipment

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened.
  2. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Add crabmeat and eggs; mix lightly. Shape into 6 patties.
  4. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add crab patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
