  • 0.3 cup almonds coarsely chopped
  • 2.5 tablespoons butter melted
  • tablespoon cake flour 
  • 0.3 cup crème fraîche 
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.7 cup marshmallows mini
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 58 ounce sweet potatoes in syrup drained canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Place yams in a large bowl. Coarsely mash with a potato masher. Stir in crme frache and next 6 ingredients (through egg). Spoon potato mixture into an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with marshmallows and almonds.
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and marshmallows are browned.
