  • 0.3 cup egg substitute frozen thawed
  • teaspoon butter reduced-calorie
  • servings orange sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon orange rind grated
  • teaspoon powdered sugar sifted
  • ounce raisin bread 
  • 0.3 cup skim milk 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring well.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Add margarine; place over medium heat until margarine melts. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg substitute mixture, coating well.
  4. Place bread slices in skillet, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
  5. Cut each bread slice in half diagonally.
  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar evenly over toast, and serve with warm Orange Sauce.
