Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter cubed
  • 10 ounces butterscotch chips 
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • cups graham cracker crumbs ( 32 squares)
  • cup pecans chopped
  • 14 ounces condensed milk sweetened canned
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a microwave, melt chips and butter; stir until smooth.
  2. Add cracker crumbs; set aside 2/3 cup. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
  4. Pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  6. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.
