Ingredients

  • 0.8 teaspoon chili powder 
  •  eggs beaten
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.7 cup taco shells crushed old el paso® ( 6 shells)
  • oz tomato sauce old el paso®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking sauce. In large bowl, mix remaining cooking sauce and remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  4. Spread reserved cooking sauce on top.
  5. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F.
  6. Drain meat loaf.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
