  • ounces king salmon raw very thinly sliced
  • tablespoon sesame oil hot
  • 0.5 teaspoon wasabi powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon water 
  • servings won ton crisps

    Directions

    1. Combine wasabi powder and 1/2 teaspoon water; brush mixture onto a chilled large serving platter.
    2. Sprinkle with hot sesame oil.
    3. Arrange sliced salmon on platter.
    4. Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, and garnish, if desired.
    5. Serve with Won Ton Crisps.
