  • small bread baguette french
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • tsp pepper red crushed
  •  cucumber thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian divided kraft
  • tsp juice of lime 
  • 0.3 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
  • 0.3 cup onions finely chopped
  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet skinless

Directions

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet.
  2. Add fish; cook 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Meanwhile, mix remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing, the parsley, cilantro, onions, mayo, red pepper and lime juice.
  4. Spread mayo mixture onto bread slices. Fill evenly with fish and cucumbers.
