  • cups orecchiette cooked uncooked

  • cup corn kernels fresh ( 3 ears)
  • 16 ounce baby lima beans frozen
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups bell pepper diced red
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • cup tomatillos chopped ( 4 large)
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

  2. Drain well.
