  • 16 ounce broccoli frozen
  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • 4.5 cups noodles corkscrew-shaped cooked drained
  • servings pepper red crushed
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan shredded
  • 1.5 pounds pork sausage sweet italian

Directions

  1. Cook the sausage in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat until the sausage is well browned, stirring frequently to break up meat.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the saucepot and cook until tender.
  4. Pour off fat.
  5. Stir the soup, milk, broccoli and 1/4 cup of the cheese into the saucepot.
  6. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Put the pasta in a large serving bowl.
  8. Pour the sausage mixture over the pasta. Toss to coat.
  9. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  10. Serve with red pepper, if desired.
