  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • teaspoon penzey's southwest seasoning italian
  • cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 15 servings garnish: pizza sauce grated
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Stir together baking mix, milk and eggs until well blended; add remaining ingredients except garnish.
  2. Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat. Ladle batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the griddle; cook until golden on both sides.
