  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red

  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt divided
  • teaspoon onion powder 
  • ounce chicken thighs boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Combine chicken and egg in a shallow dish; toss to coat.
  2. Combine flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and next 3 ingredients (through red pepper) in a shallow dish; dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned and done.
  6. Drain chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt; top with hot sauce.
