If you're a fan of savory snacks with a cheesy twist, these Savory Two-Cheese Biscotti are sure to hit the spot. With a combination of sharp cheddar and fresh Parmesan, each bite offers a delightful balance of rich flavor and a satisfying crunch. Perfect as a snack on its own, or paired with a warm bowl of soup, these biscotti bring a new twist to the classic Italian treat. The dough is easy to work with, and the result is a crisp, yet tender treat that pairs wonderfully with your favorite beverages or savory dips.

The best part? These biscotti are surprisingly simple to make and only require basic ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen. Whether you're hosting a casual gathering or just craving something different, these cheesy delights are an ideal choice. With a subtle hint of red pepper for extra zing and a satisfying mix of textures from the two types of cheese, this recipe is a great way to elevate any snack time or appetizer spread.
