Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.5 pound ham cubed cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups potatoes cooked peeled sliced
  • teaspoon salt 
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded divided

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, saut onion in butter; blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened; mix in 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until melted.
  2. Remove from heat; add potatoes and toss to coat. Spoon into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; arrange ham and remaining cheese on top.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
