  • cup butter softened
  • 1.3 pounds deli honey ham sliced
  • teaspoon ground coriander 
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 15 oz pears drained thinly sliced canned
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • slices sourdough bread 
  • slices swiss cheese
