  • 0.5 teaspoon butter 
  • large egg substitute 
  • 8-inch flour tortilla fat-free ()
  • teaspoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • Dash pepper black
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon milk 1% low-fat
  • tablespoons cheddar cheese shredded divided reduced-fat
  • tablespoons salsa divided
  • tablespoons tomatoes divided seeded chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk the first 5 ingredients (through pepper) in a medium bowl.
