  • large equivalent egg substitute 
  • 8-inch flour tortillas fat-free ()
  • teaspoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • Dash coarsely ground pepper black
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon milk 1% low-fat
  • tablespoons cheddar cheese shredded divided reduced-fat
  • tablespoons bottled chunky salsa divided
  • tablespoons tomatoes divided seeded chopped

Directions
