These Seafood Salad Pastries are a culinary masterpiece perfect for hosting an elegant gathering or simply satisfying a craving for something sophisticated yet surprisingly easy to prepare. With a rich, creamy filling made from flaked imitation crabmeat, crisp green peppers, and sweet carrots, every bite offers a harmonious balance of textures and tastes. The secret to their success lies in the flaky, golden puff pastry base, which is generously brushed with lightly beaten egg whites and sprinkled with crunchy poppy seeds before baking to a perfect golden brown.
