  • 2.7 cups brown rice hot cooked
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 lb mushrooms 
  • lb chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  •  zucchini

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush vegetables and chicken with 1/4 cup dressing; place on grate of grill.
  3. Grill 6 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with some of the remaining dressing.
  4. Transfer vegetables to serving plate. Grill chicken an additional 3 to 4 min. or until cooked through (165F).
  5. Mix rice and parsley.
  6. Serve with the chicken and vegetables.
