Ingredients

  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • teaspoon gingerroot grated peeled
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup hoisin sauce 
  • pound pork tenderloin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  •  moo shu shells

Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork, and cut into thin strips.
  2. Combine pork and next 5 ingredients (pork through garlic) in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
  3. Heat moo shu shells according to package directions.
  4. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; and place over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Add pork mixture; stir-fry 4 minutes or until done.
  6. Divide pork mixture evenly among warm moo shu shells.
  7. Drizzle hoisin sauce over pork mixture, and roll up.
