Ingredients

  • lb ground beef lean
  • 1.5 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 15.5 oz chili beans sauce undrained canned
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes chili-style undrained canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
  2. Drain; return to saucepan. Cover to keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  4. Drain.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cooked macaroni, beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
