  • 0.3 cup butter divided ()
  • cups green beans frozen
  • 1.5 lb pork chops boneless
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for pork
  • 1.7 cups water

Directions

  1. Melt 2 Tbsp. of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or until cooked through (160F).
  3. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add beans, water and remaining 2 Tbsp. butter to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten. Top with the chops; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.
