- 14 oz canned tomatoes undrained canned
- 1 carrots finely chopped
- 3 cups brown rice hot cooked
- 0.3 cup flour
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
- 2 Tbsp sun tomato vinaigrette dressing dried kraft
