  • 14 oz canned tomatoes undrained canned
  •  carrots finely chopped
  • cups brown rice hot cooked
  • 0.3 cup flour 
  • tsp lemon zest 
  • lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • Tbsp sun tomato vinaigrette dressing dried kraft

Equipment

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with flour; place in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except rice; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  3. Stir chicken mixture until sauce is thickened.
  4. Serve over rice.
