Ingredients

  • slices bacon chopped
  • lb pork ribs boneless country-style cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • cup carrots shredded
  • 14.5 oz tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • oz tomato sauce canned
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 30 oz great northern beans drained canned
  • 0.5 lb kielbasa cooked cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon, pork pieces and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork begins to brown.
  2. Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, place pork mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans and kielbasa.
  3. Layer beans over top.
  4. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
  5. Stir in kielbasa. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.
