Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup four cheese shredded mexican style kraft finely
  • cups rice long-grain white hot cooked
  • Tbsp flour 
  • cup regular corn frozen
  •  green onions sliced
  •  bell pepper green red cut into 1-inch-wide strips
  • 1.5 cups taco bellâ® & chunky salsa thick
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch-wide strips
  • Tbsp taco bellâ® taco seasoning mix ()

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning mix and flour in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Add peppers, corn and salsa; mix well. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  4. Stir chicken mixture.
  5. Serve over rice topped with cheese and onions.
