  • tablespoon tarragon fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoons half and half 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon sea salt 
  • ounces salmon

Directions

  1. Place salmon in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese and next 4 ingredients, and process until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Add more half-and-half if necessary to achieve the desired texture for piping.)
