  • 0.5 cup tomatoes canned crushed
  • cup chicken broth 
  • 0.5 cup philadelphia cream cheese spread ()
  • Tbsp flour 
  • Tbsp chives fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • Tbsp oil 
  • large onion 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • tsp paprika smoked

Directions

  1. Heat half the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Heat remaining oil in skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in flour and paprika; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. Add broth and tomatoes. Return chicken to skillet; cover. Simmer 15 min. or until chicken is done (165F).
  7. Add cream cheese spread; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in chives.
