- 3 tablespoons flour all-purpose
- 10 ounce onion frozen thawed chopped
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1.5 pound top round boneless lean
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce low-sodium
