  • 1.5 cups buttermilk 
  •  egg whites fat-free
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • 1.5 cups cornmeal white blue yellow
