  • 16 oz cheese tortellini frozen
  • 64 oz chicken broth 
  • 16 oz collard greens frozen chopped
  • 0.8 cup cooking wine dry white
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoon rosemary fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves chopped
  • 16 oz green beans frozen
  • 29 oz italian-seasoned tomatoes diced canned
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed

Directions

  1. Saut onion in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat 8 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, white wine, and tomatoes; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add green beans, collard greens, and next 3 ingredients. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
  4. Add pasta, and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is done.
