Ingredients

  • 24 oz grands flaky refrigerator biscuits refrigerated pillsbury® golden layers® canned
  • 4.5 oz chilis green chopped old el paso® canned
  • oz chicken breast diced frozen thawed cooked (2 cups)
  • 20 servings cilantro leaves fresh
  • tablespoon dehydrated onion dried minced
  • oz monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • cup salsa thick old el paso® (any variety)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 20 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. Separate dough into 20 biscuits.
  2. Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup; press to cover bottom and side of each cup.
  3. In medium bowl, stir together chicken, chiles, cheese, onion and salsa. Spoon 2 tablespoons mixture into each dough-lined cup; gently press mixture with back of spoon.
  4. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from muffin cups.
  6. Serve warm garnished with cilantro sprigs.
