  • large carrots chopped
  • stalk celery finely chopped
  • cups natural chicken broth swanson®
  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed tomato soup canned
  • cloves garlic minced
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into cubes
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it is browned, stirring often.
  3. Remove the chicken.
  4. Stir in the remaining oil and heat over medium heat.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the carrots and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add the celery and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Stir in the broth, soup and water.
  9. Heat to a boil. Stir in the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  10. Add the chicken and parsley, if desired, and heat through.
