  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • pound pork tenderloin 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • cup onion chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cups apple sauce unsweetened
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • 0.3 cup apple juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt if desired and pepper.
  2. Cut each tenderloin into six pieces; flatten to about 1-in. thickness. Melt butter in a large skillet. Dip pork into flour mixture; add to skillet and brown on both sides.
  3. Place in an ungreased 11x7-in. baking pan. In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic until tender.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  5. Pour over pork. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until the juices run clear and a thermometer reads 160°.
